Once we finalize an order, we immediately start working on that project. First of all the design and specification are finalized.
All the drawings are done one by one and edit them until we become satisfied. Sometime we share the drawing with clients and end users, if they aproove it, we source the raw materials. Most of the raw materials are available in our markets and we also keep some stock of hard to find components.
The SS metal or MS metal sheets are cut into required sizes with the help of latest cutting machines. The cuttings are done as per drawing finalised by us, for error free works. There are some other kind of high speed blade cutting machines, which we use during cutting process. This is the first process, so we carefully monitor it.
For cylinder shapes materials, the metals are rolled in rolling machines.
Its the most important part, as the round dimensions materials are very critical, and very critical to do it.Only some of well trained personal can do it perfectly. Rolland machines are manually operated for better performance.
In the fabrication process each material is welded with lateast Argon welding or conventional welding. Correct number and materials of welding rods are used for better finishing. After the welding process, each side is finished with sanding machines and polished using polish machines. For SS models, there are few more type of polish done for better finishing and better looks. During welding process proper voltage and ampere is selected in welding machines for error free welding’s. For Tanks leaks test is done twice
Some of the parts which are not readily available with suppliers are designed and developed by us. These components are made in Lathe machine. This kind of Lathe machines are operated by skilled personals. The correct material is used to develop each part such as – MS, SS 304, SS 315, Bronze, Copper etc etc. For long lasting of equipment selection of proper materials is important, so in this process specials attention is given.
Precise components are made in Latest CNC or VMC machines. This machines can do lots of things in three dimension. The required shape components can be made with these fully computer controlled CNC or VMc machines. The latest software is used to develop the drawing and then feed to CMC or VMC machines to get perfect size and shape components.
So, its very important machines to develop components which are not readily available in market.
Finally all the Colling components ( like compressors, condensers) are assembled. Latest and reputed branded components are used for long lasting of each product. After that sensors and electronic circuits are fitted. Proper display units are used for measurement of volt, temp, pressure etc. Reputed and branded switch, connector, MCBS, Cables are always use as these are our first choice.
